Perfect sized delicious gummy that WORK!!
I have been taking melatonin for quite some time now. I have a high stress job so when I need to get to bed, I take this melatonin which helps me to relax, and ultimately fall asleep. I find it to be very effective, and this a quality supplement.These are easy to use/chew as they are made into a berry flavored gummy that is very good!! They are not huge and the texture is also very palatable.The price was super reasonable and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get some relaxation/sleep.

I have ordered some for my niece and will keep ordering these for myself. They smell great, taste great easy to swallow. Great size and quantity for the money. These work better than the stuff I used to buy OTC and I like knowing that I feel good buying them cause they beat all my expectations. I feel like I get tired faster than the other crap I used to buy. I don’t know what ingredients they are using but they are so good. I get insomnia due to the amount of meds I’m on and still I can go 3-5days with out sleep or even an hour a day ( but once I snagged some from my niece that I had purchased the for originally) the ingredients helped me fall asleep easily. Now when I get that start of insomnia I pop 2 gummies and here comes sleepy time. I’m also not groggy or foggy headed when I wake up. That’s a bonus all in itself!!

These melatonin gummies are tasty and helped me get a good night sleep. No need to take consistently, just when you need them – and 10mg means you only need 1 for it to be effective (although package suggests 2).

The best brand I’ve used so far, and I’ve tried MANY. First thing’s first: it’s a myth that regular malatonin use causes sleeping problems or dependency. Sometimes I use malatonin every night for months, and sometimes not at all. This particular brand, although I hate to plug an Amazon brand, keeps me sound asleep all night, and I wake up naturally an hour before my alarm, after just 7 hours of sleep. To be clear, I lay down at 10pm and eat the gummies, then watch an episode of something until 11pm, by which my husband has to turn the TV off because I am OUT. I wake up at 6am almost on the dot, nice and slow, and I’m up out of bed with zero grogginess by 6:30am. Alarm goes off at 7.

First time trying the Amazon brand (usually buy my vitamins/supplements at Target). Flavor is great and since their gummies means you can get your kids to take 1 if you deem so fitting.
