This is the second purchase of this monitor. Easy to use. 1st one is is still working well, just resides in a different house. Cuff is comfortable on arm. Easy to read results. Good value for price.

Accurate
I was taking a medication that I thought was causing primary headaches; however, I took my blood pressure at work (I work as an RN at a hospital) and realized the medication was causing high blood pressure, causing my headaches!I got off the medication and bought this device to keep a detailed record of my blood pressure because doctors have told me that the wrist blood pressure machines are not nearly as accurate as the arm ones.The blood pressure readings from this device matched those from the hospital, give or take 1-4 mmHg. This machine has been great for me and completely accurate. It’s helped ease my anxiety, knowing I can take my blood pressure any time or day to ensure I take good care of my body.It takes 15-30 seconds to get your reading. The blood pressure cuff is easy to put on by yourself, which is convenient.

Easy and quick to use.
This monitor makes it very easy and quick to take your blood pressure and pulse. It is very easy and simple to use, all you need to do is attach the cuff and press the start button, a voice then speaks to you and tells your how to place your arm and to remain quiet. Some elevator music plays while it takes your blood pressure which is a nice and somewhat funny feature. It only takes a few second to get the reading, it is way quicker than any other monitor I have used. After it is done, the voice tells you its finished and talks out all the readings, it also tells you if your reading are normal compared to the WHO guidelines. The screen has very large text and is bright, makes it very easy to read even if you have bad eye site, plus the voice reads out your readings anyways. This product is a fantastic value for the price.

Spoken words could be improved, but this BPM is great for home use, and accurate in my opinion
I would have given this five stars, except for two small problems which I feel should be paid attention to.1. The first time I took a reading, I had trouble understanding some of the words that the device reported to me after it did the reading. Since they were words that were not displayed on the device screen, I wasn’t sure what some words were. BUT the information I needed to know was easy to understand and clearly displayed on the device.NOTE: The second time, since I remembered having trouble the first time, I listened more carefully, and understood all the words.2. The smaller “Getting Started” pamphlet tells us to center the air tube on the inside of our left arm, but the cuff itself has an “Artery Mark”, which first time, I mistakenly assumed was supposed to be centered.I believe the “Getting Started” booklet should emphasize that this “artery mark” should end up on the inside of the left arm, which I determined with a google search of anatomy pictures.After doing a second test (and getting results similar to the first test), I looked at the larger “User Manual” and found that page 18 of that manual does make it clear that the symbol “on the edge of the cuff (Artery Mark) must lie over the artery which runs down the inner side of the arm.”So, I urge Alcedo to update the “Getting Started” guide to be clearer on the subject. When you send me a revised “Getting Started” booklet that includes that information, I’ll change my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

Nice monitor that talks to you
We purchased this after our old monitor conked out. My sister is an RN so we had her check with hers to compare readings and this one is right on the money. It even talks to you to let you know the results and whether your BP is low, normal or high.

I like this BP machine for the accuracy and easy to use. I was worried because I thought it would be difficult to use if there’s no one around to help but I was wrong. The arm band slids on easily and easily adjustable. Nothing complicated about it. Not only do you have visual for the reading but it talks also, so it’s great for the visually impaired. For me, the beauty of it is that, it allows me to adjust my blood pressure medication. It’s definitely a great buy

As said above easy to use. The best feature is you don’t need batteries to work the machine. You can use USB cable with a power bank. My previous machine kills the batteries in no time.Also the machine talks to you. It is consistent with the readings close to each otherThe only thing that worries me is accuracy. One day I’ll take to my GP and compare the readings.

What a brilliant little device. Easy to programme, simple to use. The cuff goes on without any effort. Then you press the button, it plays a tune while waiting for the reading. It announces what it is, then tells you if it’s normal or not. Simple. Good value for money too. Very highly recommended 👌

Device does what it mean to do but “relaxing music” played during test get bored and I turned it off. It is nice feature but not much needed for me. Anyway quality is very good and the display looks alright and it is very easy to use.
