EASY INSTALLATION – ①. Remove the back case and remove the back and side pads; ②. Pry open panel disconnect “quick connect” from old pump and replace it with a new pump; ③. Remove 2 screws, turn pump to unscrew hose and barb fitting from top of pump

Perfect fit for my evap cooler
I have a Hessaire Model MC37M. The output cam out the top of the pump vs the side but fit perfectly. The 3 prong plug matched exactly.

It works fine, but is not the exact fit as described.
This product indicates it fits the Hessaire MC37A, basically being a plug and go replacement. Not quite so. While the physical mounting and hose hookup is the same as the original, the electric plug is not. Or at least it wasn’t on mine. Once I got the control panel off, I found the plug configuration for this product not the same as the original. However, it has three wires, just like the original, so you can basically splice this into place and it works just fine. If it had just plugged into place I would have given it a 5 star rating, having to do a splice job earned it a 4 star.
