Item came in an opened box and the item was falling apart on first couple of uses. Not sure if i was sent a damaged product but maybe just an unlucky one of the bunch. Great price and usability if everything works. I’m hopeful the replacement will be new.Edit, i got a replacement and it works great. great price for a nice piece of tech.second edit. After further use, this is more of a casual device and does not go deep enough if you were a serious athlete.

Wish I had returned it for one that works properly
I gave it a 2 because when it turns on it seems to work but the on/off button doesn’t function correctly. I have to tap it over and over and over, sometimes hundreds of times before it finally turns on. I have only used it like 10 times so I know it isn’t worn out.

Display screen literally fell off coming out of the box. Cheaply made*edit to original review; Amazon “made it right. However, I feel a further review is necessary as they allowed us to keep the product. The motor is very unreliable. It pulses to different speeds at random times. The silver collar on the front of the machine also fell off immediately. Unless you’re looking to deal with a “return”, DO NOT waste your time purchasing this product.
