I’m over 55 and have spent decades trying everything — from $9 to $144 per product — hoping for softer, healthier hair. I have 3a curls hidden under years of color, heat damage, and dryness. My hair would break and frizz so badly it looked like I had layers (I don’t). K18 is the first and only product that actually delivered on its promise to repair — not just coat — my hair. I was fully prepared to return this if it did not make a difference. It did.This isn’t a conditioner or mask. K18 uses a patented technology that works from the inside out. I used a clarifying shampoo, applied 6 pumps (very small pumps from the “try it” bottle!), finger-raked it through damp hair, waited 4 minutes, and then combed through. No rinsing, no other products. Very different from other hair masks.. I have a Bob cut which I’m trying to grow out. I followed directions and waited four minutes, combed it and left it alone. I always air dry my hair. After it was on, I felt my damp hair and it seemed like there was too much stuff on, like a thick texture. But when it was dry it felt soft, most definitely tamed frizz and encouraged my waves and some curls. It’s expensive, but I will probably use once a week. Try it if your hair needs help.

Not using conditioner when my hair is so damaged seemed crazy! I usually put quite a bit of conditioner on my hair to be able to comb through it.I bought the bigger size and it’s REALLY small for the price. I saved a little money by choosing “subscribe and save” $67.50 instead of $75. I used the shampoo, 3 pumps of this & 4 drops of the oil. Surprisingly with only 3 pumps I was able to get my brush through easily! It didn’t look like enough. Nor did my hair instantly feel smooth when applying. So definitely wait the 4 minutes before combing it through.My hair is fairly thick, about 1/2 way down my back and I recently bleached it from my natural brown to blond. I bought the shampoo/ conditioner & oil. My hair is so damaged after bleaching it. 🙁 I’ve tried several recommendations to get it healthy again. Mondo & others haven’t worked. So I was up to try this!It felt softer after using it for the first time! There isn’t much scent and my hair isn’t greasy. I’ll use it 4-6 more times and hopefully my hair will look much healthier as promised. I live where it’s fairly humid. If this works well for that, it’ll be worth it!Update 9/8/25: It’s really great!!! this brand has saved my hair! I especially love using this “conditioner” after rising my hair from swimming at the waterpark. I don’t use this every time I wash my hair bc it’s just too expensive for my long hair. But I bought the regular conditioner and I finally have healthier looking hair again after frying it, by coloring it blonde (with bleach) a few times.

Worth the money!
THIS stuff has changed my hair! It’s no longer frizzy, the ends hold moisture so much better. Make sure to use it the way it says though because it can be heavy on fine hair if you overuse it. It does NOT make my hair oily, I actually bought the K18 oil on top of this mask and it’s the cherry on top! This stuff is expensive but in my opinion worth the money!

Es muy caro para la cantidad de producto que viene pero merece la pena. He sufrido varios crímenes contra mi pelo este año y me está ayudando a recuperar el buen aspecto. Una vez que el pelo está estropeado es difícil repararlo pero al menos si que aparenta más sano. Lo recomiendo.
