I took a chance and bought this pillow, in the past I have purchased several pillows that claim to be comfortable, cool, with great neck support. Well the first two nights I thought not again! I had to learn the shape of this pillow and by the third night I was sold. I am a side sleeper and I just had to pick which side was right for me and to make sure my head was in the middle. Since I have mastered this I haven’t had a bad nights sleep. It stays cool throughout the night and I don’t wake up as often at night . Comes with an easy to wash cover that I washed when I first got it. When I wake up I don’t have that nagging neck pain anymore. The firmness of this memory foam is very nice and so far it stays it doesn’t lose its shape or thickness. If you have problems with neck pain give this a try you won’t be disappointed. It’s not hard once you learn the shape of this pillow you will love it.I would definitely recommend
