Better than Olly
I’ve had sleep issues my entire life. Those are the breaks when your body’s natural inclination is to go to sleep at 5 or 6 am and wake up 4 hours later, or, if I’m lucky, at 1 or 2 pm, but normal life requires that you go to bed at 9 pm to get up and go to work at 5 am instead.I’ve been taking the Olly sleep gummies for about a year (2 gummies per night) and they’re worked fairly well, but I wanted to try something else out of curiosity. When I saw these, I realized the ingredients were similar, but there’s the same amount of melatonin in 1 Natrol gummy as in 2 Olly gummies, which means I can spend about half as much per month, since they’re priced similarly.Taste wise, I prefer these. So much so that I kind of wish I was still taking 2 per night because they’re likey little treat before bed.In terms of efficacy, I’ve found that I sleep as well, if not better with the Natrol than I did with the Olly. I don’t know why that is, since there is less of the other ingredients in 1 Natrol gummy, than in 2 Ollys, but whatever is causing it, I’ll take it.If I don’t take the gummies, I generally have trouble falling asleep and will usually struggle to knock out before midnight. My work-week routine is to take 1 as soon as I get home, around 6pm, along with my Zyrtec allergy pill (which also makes me drowsy), then I eat dinner, and by around 8 or 8:30, I’m starting to feel like I’m naturally becoming more and more sleepy. By 9 or 9:30 I’m ready for bed and I can usually sleep fairly well until just before my alarm goes off at 5. If I don’t have to be anywhere, I can often stay asleep until 7 or 8 am, which is unheard of for me because I also have a habit of waking up after about 4 hours of sleep and then not being able to fall asleep again.I hate the idea of leaning on a sleep aid every night, so I often don’t take these on my days off, but there’s a noticable change in my ability to sleep and the quality of my sleep when I’m not taking them, so I may start taking them nightly.Highly recommend these to anyone suffering from chronic sleep problems or temporary insomnia. Just know that all melatonin supplements will give many people really odd, insanely vivid, sometimes terrifying dreams at first. That lasted about a month and a half for me, but was fine by me, since I enjoy having crazy dreams (except the 1 nightmare that was so bad I almost had to call out of work because I was so mentally and emotionally disturbed by it).

Delicious and effective!
Delicious and effective! Honestly, if I could find plain gummies that tasted this good, I would eat them by the handfuls! Not going to try with these though, for obvious reasons. It helps not only to relax and fall asleep, but it also calms my mind. Another good thing about them is if I need to stay awake for something, I can easily resist them and have my faculties back, unlike stronger sleep aids.

Works great but tastes kind of sour
They work great. I’ve had insomnia most of my life and these actually help me calm down and go to sleep as well as keep me asleep for about 4 hours which for me is really good. The only thing I can’t get Beyond is how incredibly sour they are. I’ve seen in so many reviews that they taste great but I don’t taste any strawberry at all just sour. But they’re worth every bite.

This product really does help me fall asleep, which for the last few years has been an increasing problem. The only downside to using any melatonin contain product is that they induce vivid crazy dreams sometime, both I and my grown-up daughter noticed this. So I use it only on difficult nights. These gummies taste great, and the absorption is fast. Good product just beware of the possible side effect.
