The Lemme Sleep Gummies are actually really nice! The berry flavor is great, and I love that they’re drug-free, gluten-free, and non-GMO. They definitely help me fall asleep faster, which has been a big plus.However, I’ve noticed that I only stay asleep for a few hours before waking up again and sometimes have to take more. To be fair, I do have pretty bad insomnia, so that might just mean I need a stronger sleep aid. For anyone with mild trouble sleeping, though, these would probably work perfectly!

Pair this with magnesium powder and tart cherry juice as a sleepy elixir.. the best sleep of your life<3 pro tip: drink elixir 2 hours before bed so it relaxes the body, then the gummies 30 minutes before you lay down

Love these ! The texture alone is so much better than any other gummies I’ve tried. The taste is good , and it works! Makes me feel super relaxed. I don’t always stay asleep for the whole night, but I find it easier to also fall back asleep now. Highly recommend!

Very Disappointed — Please Bring Back the Original Formula!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Lemme Sleep for a long time and even had a subscription because the original gummies worked so well and tasted great. Recently, I noticed the gummies looked, tasted, and felt completely different and not in a good way. The texture is now rubbery, the taste is awful, and they just don’t seem to work the same.What’s most frustrating is that the brand changed the formula without any notice, which feels really unfair to loyal subscribers like me. After checking reviews on other sites (including Target and a few others), it’s clear I’m not the only one who noticed this change so many people are saying the exact same thing.I really hope the company listens to its customers and brings back the original formula. The old version was perfect and helped me get the best sleep this new one is a huge disappointment.

Sincerely, a night shift nurse
I love these sincerely with my whole heart and so does my husband!! As a night shift nurse these are spectacular. I have such a good sleep, they work for me significantly better than melatonin! They are definitely on the more expensive side but 100% worth it in my opinion.

Overpriced candy
Doesn’t work at all but it tastes pretty good. I look forward to eating it at night as I avoid sweets so this is kinda like a candy allowance. Too expensive to not work as it should tho.

as a person with insomnia this helped me sleep woke up a few times but was able to go back to sleep felt good

Good for sleeping but be aware of the grogginess potential
Tasted great, smelled great, knocked me OUT within one hour after taking. Problem is I was incredibly groggy waking up, and still was even an hour after waking. I have to be up @4am for work so these won’t work for me unfortunately. I have never tried melatonin so maybe I am sensitive to it.
