I can’t believe the difference this pillow has made! I’ve struggled with neck and shoulder stiffness for years, and after just a few nights on the DONAMA cervical pillow, I noticed a huge improvement. The ergonomic contour design supports my head and neck perfectly, no matter if I’m sleeping on my back or side.The memory foam feels high-quality — it’s firm enough to provide support but still soft and comfortable. I also love that it comes with a breathable, washable pillowcase, which keeps it cool through the night.It did take me a night or two to adjust from my old pillow, but now I can’t imagine sleeping without it. Finally Found the Right Pillow!
I’ve always had a hard time finding a pillow that works for me — most of them either hurt my neck or feel too flat. I even started sleeping without a pillow for a while. Then a friend recommended this cervical pillow that helped relieve her neck pain, so I decided to give it a try.After using it for about a month, I can say it really works. It supports my neck perfectly and feels very comfortable. I sleep better and wake up without that stiff neck I used to get in the mornings. Give the Full 2 Weeks to Adjust & It Justifies the Cost
I have had my pillow for almost a year now. I wanted to be sure I’d really used it before giving a review, so people would know what to expect long term.Something to note about this pillow is that there IS an adjustment period. Doesn’t matter what kind of pillow you used before, you need to give this pillow the dedicated 2 weeks before you start to feel any benefits. It takes that long to not only have your neck adjust to being in the proper position, but to sort out how best to sleep with it. I used to be a stomach sleeper, which is what drove me to buy this pillow to begin with, but that 2 week window helped me find that sleeping on my side gave me the best reprieve from neck and back pain. I now am strictly a side sleeper and between this and switching to a 12-inch memory foam mattress I have had no back pain when I wake up in the morning.Those first two weeks will SUCK. but after that, it’s quite a wonderful pillow. the extra space for hands is also nice. All in All, it’s worth the effort and the price, in my book.

I have found that this pillow has helped to reduce the neck and shoulder pains I experience; they have been significantly better since I started using it (I have had it for about a month now). Though I did find it took a little while to get used to (in fact, I am still getting used to it). In particular, the top section, which is a curvy shape used when sleeping on your side, could be wider – the parts used for sleeping on your back and on your side are a bit squished together. I have found that it is very comfortable for sleeping on your back, but not quite so much for sleeping on your side (which I prefer).I think it would also be good if there was an option to purchase a fitted pillow protector and additional pillowcases.Overall, though, I have found it to reduce the pains I have been experiencing in my neck and shoulders.
