I can’t believe the difference this pillow has made! I’ve struggled with neck and shoulder stiffness for years, and after just a few nights on the DONAMA cervical pillow, I noticed a huge improvement. The ergonomic contour design supports my head and neck perfectly, no matter if I’m sleeping on my back or side.The memory foam feels high-quality — it’s firm enough to provide support but still soft and comfortable. I also love that it comes with a breathable, washable pillowcase, which keeps it cool through the night.It did take me a night or two to adjust from my old pillow, but now I can’t imagine sleeping without it. I wake up feeling rested, aligned, and pain-free. If you’re dealing with neck pain or just want a better night’s sleep, this pillow is absolutely worth it!

Perfect for migraine sufferers
Very comfortable and the perfect amount of firmness for comfort! I have occipital neuralgia and severe chronic migraines. I can get relief and sleep with this pillow. Perfect height for me. It does like to slide around so you may want to put a pillow case over it.

Sleeping like a baby, goodbye stiff neck and aches..
Before using this pillow I was struggling finding the right position to place my head for sleep. It felt like with every way I lay my head down, the next morning I’d wake up with a stiff neck and aches. I gave this pillow a try and it shapes your head into a neutral position whether if you’re a side sleeper or back sleeper. A while later those aches went away and I started having more peaceful rests at night. I love the cover it comes with also, very soft. However I haven’t used other pillow covers on this due to the shape of the pillow. I just washed the original cover each time but within time I noticed the cover starting to deform and some parts got loose strands now. I know it can be a bummer but I’m more focused on the functionality to be honest. As long as the pillow doesn’t loose its structure like ordinary pillows do, I’m fine without the original cover, it can be replaced easily. I just loved the softness to it.Lastly, I wouldn’t really recommend for a belly sleeper due to the way the pillow is molded.

So fat so good. I have been using this pillow for about a week. My neck pain and shoulder pain is starting to go away. I am sleeping better. It took me 2 nights to get used to it. It is comfortable and I like it

UPDATE: An additional 30+ days have passed since my initial review. I’m changing from a 4 star to a 3 star for the following: the memory foam has flattened out and no longer provides the shape and support as new. I, also, don’t like that the manufacturer mailed a form for me to fill out to get an Amazon credit for providing a review. Personally, I don’t really trust reviews that have been “bought.”. Just something to keep in mind when reading any incentivized review. I will say, it was possible to get this pillow for “free” when I purchased, so you could potentially get your money back, but BOTTOM LINE – I would not recommend this pillow based solely on performance and durability.I have given this pillow a solid 30 days before writing this review. It seems well made and did not have the typical memory foam smell. It took me about a week to get used to the change from a standard pillow to the memory foam. This pillow does alleviate arthritic stiffness and tech neck strain, but if I my head alignment is off (when laying on my back) just the slightest bit my arms do fall asleep and it will actually contribute more pain so extra attention to how you settle into it is required. However, I find that sleeping on my side with this pillow is amazingly comfortable. The raised edges on the side of the pillow support the space between my shoulders and neck, offering a tremendous amount of relief. I have tried other similar pillows in the past but this one seems to be the best, so far. I do think the shape of the pillow could be improved – the profile of the neck support is too steep and perhaps should be dual sided, meaning a lower profile offered on the opposite side (I have found this design with other pillows, but the foam was of lower quality and had the classic foam smell). This feature could help with people learning to use a foam pillow, too – start small and gradually increase the profile as you become acclimated to the posture correction. For now, this pillow is a keeper and I would recommend it, but it’s not the game changer for me that other reviewers have expressed. I’m still looking for “the one.”

Absolutely get this
I bought this pillow after complaining about my neck pain. I still have neck pain because Im always hunched over my computer and I have a neck hump. I think this pillow has helped relieve some pain in the mornings. I like that you can put your arms above your head and the support for your neck. It had lasted me over a year now without tears or rips even though my dog tries to chew on it. I put a lavender pouch in the hole to make me sleepy at night and I covered it with a pillow case.

O produto veio bem embalado, entregue antes do previsto. Pude acompanhar com o rastreio sem problemas. Quanto ao produto em si achei maravilhoso, cumpre o que promete. I have found that this pillow has helped to reduce the neck and shoulder pains I experience; they have been significantly better since I started using it (I have had it for about a month now). Though I did find it took a little while to get used to (in fact, I am still getting used to it). In particular, the top section, which is a curvy shape used when sleeping on your side, could be wider – the parts used for sleeping on your back and on your side are a bit squished together. I have found that it is very comfortable for sleeping on your back, but not quite so much for sleeping on your side (which I prefer).I think it would also be good if there was an option to purchase a fitted pillow protector and additional pillowcases.Overall, though, I have found it to reduce the pains I have been experiencing in my neck and shoulders.
