I’ve had it for months now, and it’s holding up really well to daily use. I’ve had zero ‘smell’ issues; the interior pockets are enough for me, and it stands up by itself. It is light when empty – unlike a lot of other leather totes, which are heavy with nothing in them. Mine looks exactly like the photo. I shopped for a long time and finally bought it, and I’m sorry I waited so long now. It’s comfortable and simple, not over-styled or designed. Delighted by this purchase! One star off for the smell
First: It really does smell weird, and it isn’t a “leather” smell. I love the smell of leather, and this isn’t it. After oiling the bag myself and leaving it in the sun for a week the smell is now only barely noticeable.With that said, I truly love this bag. I needed a bag to carry my laptop and a few other items in for day trips to see my clients. This bag fits the bill while looking stylish and professional. At the same time, it looks great with casual outfits.I sometimes thread a colorful scarf through the holes and tie it shut that way. I also have added a few layers of oil and sat the bag out in the sun for a few days to darken the leather and bring out the vintage style.

Very Stylish and Useful!
Love it. I’ve been using it for several weeks now. It’s a perfect stylish tote for work. Big enough to fit my laptop, lunch, water bottle, and sweater (probably more). The leather is good, the interior is OK. I would have liked more storage pockets, however, it fits my needs. There is NO bad odor. What people are smelling is leather. I almost didn’t buy it because of the smell reviews. Glad I didn’t listen. I’m very happy with my selection.

Great find for the price!
Really nice tote – good size, fabric lined on the inside and has some small interior pockets. Leather is great quality and love the color. Straps are wide and don’t cut into your shoulder. I have received lots of compliments and have had several express surprise when I told them where I got it and how much – said it “looks expensive”. I would have given 5 stars across the board but gave sturdiness a 4 – its really well made I just don’t know how well it would hold up if over loaded. I do carry my laptop and some files along with a small purse in it and it is comfortable to carry and has held up thus far.
