Great massager that actually works
I’ve tried a lot of neck and shoulder massagers and most of them miss the mark. Either they don’t hit the right spots, feel awkward, or just don’t do enough. This one actually gets it right. The adjustable width is a big deal. It fits well and lines up where it’s supposed to, which makes a huge difference.The heat zones work great, and the massage feels deep without being too aggressive. The voice prompts are a nice touch, makes it simple to switch modes without guessing. Battery life is strong and being wireless makes it way easier to use without being stuck in one spot.It just works. Great features, no gimmicks, and everything functions like it should. Worth the price for sure.

The dial to change neck sizes has a limited number of settings, but you will find a fit.
I was afraid that this might not work for me due to the size of my neck. Getting it connected was a bit of a struggle. I turned the dial to the max neck size setting and strapped in. BEST PURCHASE EVER.The feeling is that of a professional therapist working my neck and shoulders, but their hands don’t tire.If you are thinking of gifting something to a person you love, THIS IS IT. The massage quality is unbelievable. I like the different massage settings, and I recommend you play with them to find your favorite.The heat feature is wonderful. Different settings to match your particular comfort level.If someone needs neck & shoulder pain relief then look no further. This is not a replacement for physical therapy, but let me say that this is still more of a need than a want. Trust me.

Neck arms legs, heat. It feels human!
Super happy with product. I like a deep massage and this works perfect! I didn’t realize the thumbs rotate also, awesome! And with the size adjustment I can massage biceps, thighs and all supporting neck muscles. Plus heat! I actually like straping it on my neck so I can relax it, it’s deep enough like that. But having straps is good for arms ect. I went ahead and got the protection plan, so I don’t have to worry about it breaking. Really cheap to add it. Very very happy!

way too small. doesn’t fit a normal sized neck. cannot change the pressure so if you want it soft you basically have to sit with it barely rubbing your neck. if you want it harder it will basically feel like it’s breaking your neck. don’t waste your money

Surprisingly feels really good massaging my neck. At first it seemed a little confusing how it’s supposed to go on and feels awkward, but once you start the massage it’s great. It heats while massaging and you can adjust the intensity of the massage and distance from neck. This gets right where I’m always tight in my shoulders and neck. I used the medium setting which I believe is 15 minutes of heated massage.I have tried massage chairs and other electronic massage equipment before and they usually end up pushing on my bones or just overall uncomfortable and painful, this was not and actually helped.
